Ramada by Wyndham Bronx

This Ramada is close to a lot of buses so easy commute to the mall and connection to pretty much anywhere. It is the Bronx iykyk, but despite the location staff did a very good job maintaining a great and professional environment. Jocelyn is a saint , I do not know how she does it but she treats everyone with such poise it does not matter who they are and how they act. Really enjoyed my stay and the place was very beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Jocelyn was so helpful I really appreciated that she was so attentive and that she took time to make sure my stay was comfortable. Very clean room and warm stay. Wish more other people and hotels have the same appreciation for there guest.

I had a great stay at the Ramada Inn. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. I especially want to recognize Jocelyn at the front desk—her hospitality truly stood out. She greeted me with a warm smile, handled everything quickly and professionally, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude, but Jocelyn did exactly that. Thank you for making my stay smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely return, and I hope the Ramada Inn knows what a great asset they have in her!

Jocelyn at front desk greeted us with a smile everytime we went in or out. Very very very helpful when we arrived and throughout the whole stay. Based on her alone I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Ramada Hotel was great. The room was very clean, new towels, bed linen, toiletries every day. The staff was very pleasant. We forgot our room key card in the room and they immediately helped us at the reception. The lady at breakfast named Fanny was very pleasant, cheerful and smiling. She always surprised us very nicely. She also gave us snack bags for the road. We always liked coming back to the hotel. We are used to other types of breakfast from Europe, but we ate well here too. Juices, coffee, a selection of sweet and savory pastries. Eggs, omelettes, sausages and meat. Waffles, yogurt, oatmeal. Apple. We just missed vegetables, cheese or ham. But that was the only thing we missed at the hotel. We will be happy to come back here again. Thank you!

I've been coming here for a while now and it's only gotten better. The rooms are spotless, and unlike most other places in the area, the hallways are quiet. And Jocelyn is the best. Everytime I walk in the front door she greets me with a smile and a professionalism you can't buy in a store.

Jocelyn is a sweetheart who is so friendly and caring for her guest and she is so professional as well a very hard worker and definitely I would recommend her for any type of customer service hospitality job as manager, and she run her own company her own hotel. She has what it takes. I could see that just by talking to her, and I usually don’t write these type of comments or do these type of things but exceptional service thank you. I will be sitting here again.

Jocelyn great customer service friendly and a people person. Rooms are clean and nice. Had a great stay and will definitely return.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked the suite (jaccuzi room) and it smelled amazing upon walking in. Plenty of towels and complimentary items like coffee, water, and chips... feels newly renovated. 10/10 recommend. The staff was welcoming. Kim was awesome at the front desk. Only cons: The elevator was shut down, and parking is limited.

Jocelyn was the absolute best hostess. My stay at Ramada was nothing short of excellent. Will definitely refer a friend or family member. Thanks Jocelyn for making my family and I feel comfortable during our holiday travel.
